Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd started her combat sports training at the age of 14. After training in kickboxing boxing wrestling BJJ and BJJ she made her amateur debut against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was just 18. Ladd felt more confident following this win and won 3 bouts in Ultimate Reno Combat. Her opponents all fell during the first round. She then returned to WCFC and defeated Leslie Rodriguez by unanimous decision. Aspen was already defeated Silvia Baeghian as well as Maddy Simmons, before taking on Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia defeated Aspen to defeat her in a unanimous vote, leaving the mark of a loss on Aspen's record as an amateur. Ladd defeated Roma Pawelek on Tuff n Uff to improve her amateur record to 8-1. Aspen made her professional debut in 2015 and signed with Invicta FC to make her professional debut. Invicta eleven saw Aspen slay Ana Carolina Vidal to score a TKO in the first round. The next time she fought, she won in the ring against Amanda Cooper via second-round armbar submission and went up to bantamweight to fight at Invicta FC 16. Aspen used her wrestling expertise to knock down McGill by TKO in the third-round (elbows & punches). Aspen then fought Jessica Hoy (138.1lb at Invicta FC) in a "catchweight"(138.1lb), because Ladd failed to make an appearance at the. Aspen, however, beat Hoy with a TKO. In her last fight for Promotion, she beat Sijara Eubanks in a an unanimous decision in Invicta FC 21. The debut of Aspen Ladd's UFC debut came at UFC Fight Night 118 when she faced Lina Lansberg. She dominated Lina, and ground-and - hit her for the TKO win in the second round. Her next fight, against Tonya Evinger in UFC 229, her victory was more spectacular. Ladd took over Evinger's fight following the opening round. The winner also got the reward for her performance on the night.
