Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible partner JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky father. People often recognize me on Instagram, where I chronicle my adventures ranging from upwards to the downwards. In 1990 I moved to America along with my parents and brother when I turned one and a half. Without my parents' devotion to perseverance and sacrifice, I probably wouldn't even be here sharing my story. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot at a better future I strived to be their proudest and had tunnel vision for achievement. My plan of life was: I would go to university, get an employment in a company as well as marry and then buy an apartment. My life that I thought I would have wasn't what it turned out to be. The money and the status of my position didn't make me feel happy. I was convinced that I was wasting my life to earn the opportunity to earn a salary. The year 2013 was when I realized that my passion was exercising. I also enjoyed getting out and about to help other people. In the process of pursuing this direction change in my life, I started to find personal training. My business was founded in 2014. I am celebrating my seven-year anniversary in this calendar year. It is rare to find Asian females working in the field. As a coach I would like to make a difference by providing quality training to assist others in becoming healthier and happier. Additionally, I aim to inspire others to pursue the goals they have set for themselves in order to achieve whatever they want to achieve. My professional career began to take off when I was experiencing the most successful times of my life. My mother passed away at the same time that my professional life began to fall off. She won her eight year fight with the disease and is now in Heaven as well as with me in my mind and my heart all the time. Even if you can't see it initially, the universe has a funny way of offering us the things we require. The death of my mother affected me greatly and I think she was the one who gave me another chance to live my life. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. It was her time to start a new chapter in her life, and I got my second shot at living a happy and fulfilling life. As I enter my 30's, I feel alive and aware I truly feel that I live my life now instead of merely surviving as I was in my past. As I share the story of my life, it is to ensure that other people are able to relate to my feelings and thoughts. It is to know that they are not alone. It is also a sign of true love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and not unusual. In the end, your wellness is your greatest wealth. My hope is that you live life to the highest level and not have regrets about your final days. We are the only guarantee in the world.
